thanks for being cordial. likewise, this is not meant as hostile, just expressing my opinion on the subject: i find the objection to comic sans juvenile and irrelevant. i'm not sure how or why a font could be categorized as parallel to writing in crayon. its as if someone in the reddit community decided that this would be their project and 1000's of lock-step sheeple followed suit either as a demonstration of the power they yielded on the cyber-world or - worse - without any consideration of what it really means that they are objecting to a font.
