This is what happens when you cut down all of the trees, especially walnut trees.

Not where I live, though we have a ton more acorns than walnut tree's. Plus we through out corn and seed all winter for the birds, so we have very fat squirrels lol!

I've seen squirrels eating those mint-flavored foam toothbrushes before, and though we had a lot of trees around, they couldn't find food because the nut trees were long gone.

Sounds like where I grew up in California, it was all orchards when my dad was a kid. Now it's all concrete.
