To put this in perspective, that red slice represents ~180,000 US muslims that could potentially be radicalized. That's enough to put 620 into every city in the country with a population over 100,000.

Those outside the red slice could also become radicalized, as well.

I'm not sure I even want to think about that because then that could be up to 66%, and that represents a population of over 1,000,000 inside the US.
