He's trying to tell a joke he likes, but he messes up and tells it wrong. The middle panel and bottom panel are different from what they are in the original Bad Pun Dog template.

Yes, I laughed out loud at the eel who laughs like a donkey (I may or may not get teased for my own laugh). I'm all for cheesy humor! That and puns will get me!

That eel was one of my personal favorites of the memes I made (the other is probably the grandma knitting).

It did not disappoint :) although... I do have 2 confessions to make... 1: I had to look up dank maymays :/ 2: I'm so much of a nerd, I scrolled down to the downvote competition (was also hoping to see dank maymays defined), and thought that was hilarious
