He's everywhere. Always spamming his memes, trying to get attention.

I think he is trying to be more gimmicky than spammy. Maybe he is trying to jump in and that is how he is doing it. I don't see the big deal. His posts are usually tacked to the bottom anyhow.

I don't think it's right to make memes like this against other users.

Someone else said the same thing about fillip.bachta, but we still did anyway. And besides, I am kinda getting tired of seeing him spam his memes instead of just enjoying the ones other people make.

I just... I still don't think it's right though. I mean if everyone starts making memes about each other, it's not good. You can downvote any of his memes/comments you don't like, and if there's an image you find particularly troubling, you can flag or report it, and let the mods handle it.

Anyway, that's my view. You do whatever you think is best.
