Made me snicker, but 13_ hours can be normal for custom templates. 20 is usually my "give up point."

Yeah, I usually wait a full 24 hours before I give up on it. My custum templates take an average of about 10-15 hours and the quickest seem to be the Bad Luck Brian templates which usually get featured within the hour of submission.
