They won't unless you stop using your meme powers for meme-bombing purposes. It gets annoying.

when you post a butt ton of meme comments on your own meme to make it look like it's a popular meme so you will get views, but not upvotes.

It's even worse when they start doing it on other user's memes...that's what got his comment reputation destroyed to the point of not being able to comment meme. I hope he learned his lesson...cuz although noone can really downvote you anymore, if they don't upvote any of your comments, I don't think you will ever get to meme comment again...
