When given the choice between two things, even bad ones, people WILL choose one and be satisfied that they "did something".

In ALL things, people will treat you how you say it is ok for them to treat you. We get the government we consent to.

Yep. But you don't vote for the cooler of the two bullies. Or the nicer of the two jailers. Or the sweeter talker of the two politicians. Voting IS consent. If everyone sat home on election day they would still pronounce winners of the election lol It's a BS game at this point, and the more I learn the more it seems it always was.
