People really need to grow up. There is absolutely nothing offensive about a red cup. There are much bigger issues around the world that need to be focused on
I don't know if that many people were worried about the cup, or if it was all a publicity stunt. But even if people were worrying about the cup, there was no good reason for it. The cups aren't that different from what they've had over the last couple of years, and there's no sign there's actually any "war on Christmas" at Starbucks (whatever that even means).
And you're right - lots more things wrong in the world that need to be put right rather than telling a corporation how they should design holiday cups.
It's actually pretty funny. The reason Starbucks went with a blank red design is because people would draw on their white cups, and instead of telling their own story, they wanted to show "everyone's" story.
So do I. People USED to take a thermos lol All these eco-tyrants out there losing their minds and yet people don't just bring their coffee from home. And it literally costs pennies to make.
