Being featured just means it will appear in the 'Latest' stream. It doesn't guarantee any number of views or likes. But I understand the frustration of making memes and not having them do as well as I expect.

I'm not sure what that means - quantity of what? I was just pointing out that a meme can be featured, and still get a low number of views and likes. There's no reason for KolonelKush to think he's been lied to.
