One of my areas I study. Gluten is fine, but if you eat too much of it, you end up getting blocked up and very irritable. There are people who do have that sensitivity, but basically the whole gluten-free thing is just a fad for everyone else- and EXPENSIVE! Nearly $5 for a wimpy loaf of bread??? Why not just wrap everything in lettuce leaves? It tastes better and actually holds up better; you take out the gluten, and it's Crumble City.
