The state of Georgia favors the wife/ mother so overwhelmingly it's a travesty! I haven't been allowed to see my daughter for over 7 years because of it!

That's everywhere in the US man. I'm really sorry.

They're especially bad here, for instance California(yes, believe it or not) gives both parties equal rights over a child born out of wedlock. Which is why I haven't seen my daughter. Here the state sides with the wife/mother almost all the time. The states record is something like 96% for the wife/mother, unless you have something on video, forget it, walk away! But you're pretty much correct. :(

I went through that crap.. i hate to hear when someone else does. I lost everything in legal fees . Had to rebuild.. got my life back and my daughter.. so I understand brother! Seems like every 1 I come across.. went thru it with a daughter... not a son.
