Rule 1 in Nature: Man's laws do not apply here...

You could say this a good point; we seem to think that just because we are largely dominant lifeforms on the planet, we own everything and control everything. This is the general mentality of humans, is it not? Well, going a little deeper into this, if the animals just decided they were sick of our invasive behavior, mistreatment, and basically stepping on the rest of the animal kingdom, they could retaliate and cause mass disruption of society, killing and wrecking our settlements for a short lived period. Short lived because no doubt we just start gunning them down, because... reasons. Well... just felt like ranting a bit. :)

Haha! Indeed. We Humans are part of nature as well, whether we want to admit it or not, and that is the real point of this meme. The laws we make against ourselves will be broken as surely as that river will flood.
