This guy has too much time on his hands. What happened to the hardworking badass americans who built this country. This country as a whole is becoming a bunch of sissies.
I am allergic to gluten, and yes, it's a real thing. Are people seriously trying to deny allergies because it's inconvenient to them? Kind of selfish in my opinion. And just because it's become a new thing, doesn't mean it isn't real.
My grandma and stepdad are allergic to gluten, its a pain.
My fiance is allergic to beef and pork, no joke. Got it from a tick bite when camping. You'd be amazed how many chicken & turkey products have beef in them.
(I think I would be more angry at the people who claim to have Celiac disease because it's cool for some reason, they're the ones who are causing people to think the entire thing is bullshit) LOL
There's no denying some are truly allergic, my niece has Celiacs... HOWEVER for the majority it's just a new fad. It's going to backfire for the truly allergic.
But Moshii is right, it's a new thing for sure. Just like peanut allergies. Probably has something to do with our fertilizers and crop production methods.

75 years ago, wheat had 18 chromosomes. Today's wheat has 28+ ...
things like these allergies and the amounts of cancer (both numbers and varieties) are becoming increasingly prevalent in today's society. i'm not saying that these DIDN'T exist 100-100,000 years ago but i doubt there was anywhere near the amount of victims as we have today. and you're right on the mark, food production is one of the key causes
a lot of people are glutEn sensitive rather than gluten intolerant and while it may be real, its only been an epidemic problem of recent times considering the length of time we have been eating grains
