Well the reference is from Heat. It's a great film if you haven't watched it. GTA get's a lot of stuff from it. And it's got Robert Deniro, Val Kilmer, Danny Trejo, Tom Sizemore, and Natalie Portman. It's a long film, but definitely worth the watch. :)
