Your statement that "we all know" tetsuoswrath is a downvote fairy is a false one, since you yourself don't even know for sure that he is.
I don't think it's good to accuse someone of something until you know for sure.
And even if, for argument's sake, someone did systematically downvote you, why would downvoting them help anything?
Getting downvoted is frustrating but downvoting someone because you're mad that someone downvoted you seems like a complete waste of time.
