The good old walked into the trailer hitch, same kinda pain as the scooter thing I imagine?

Ha. I was gonna say the same friggin thing. I walked into my hitch today dammit. A good reminder to pull it out cause it a $150 fine.

Ouch!! A fine for blocking the licence plate, I imagine? I've had that happen once. I have a big ass pintle hitch that you can hurt yourself from your shin to your thigh!! :)

No, the fine is for the hitch. Not entirely sure why, safety or some shit. We call it a cash grab. If your plates dirty you get a fine. And up here where we have winter 8 months a year they get covered pdq.

That's a cash grab alright! 8 months a year!! Good Lord!! I'm happy here in Atlanta where it "might" snow once a year and if it does, it shuts down everything and in 2-3 days it's gone!

I heard about places like that. Is it as nice as they say? We got about another week of decent weather. Should have snow by halloween. Always do. I guess thats kind of a painful thing....frostbite.

I grew up in Pittsburgh where they have snow and all that for about 4 months or less. Then I moved down here. The one dangerous thing that can happen is a ice storm, it will rain but the second it hits anything it freezes instantly. It will destroy trees and power lines quickly! There was 3" of ice on the road, I put my hockey skates on and skated around the block!! Didn't hurt the skates one bit!! Lol

Yeah those ice storms are the worst. You lose power youre screwed. We had a gas line explossion 2 yrs ago in january and left 5 communities without gas heat for a week. But we had power. Every hardware store in the 100 mile radious sold out of every kind of heater. And at -40 it really tested our hearty canadian metal

That had to suck!! -40 is no joke, a person will die unprotected pretty fast in that kind of temperature!! Good God!! You're tougher than me when it comes to the cold!! :)

I bet it was Canada's biggest blow torch! Lol. It is funny, but it's not funny because of the people left in the cold!! Where abouts in Canada are you? Canada I'd a huge place!

Right smack dab in the middle of canada. South eastern manitoba. About 5 hrs north of minniapolis. In the praries where the winds howl and all the children are born in the late summer early fall. Ha ha get it. We all just tryin to stay warm in the winter.

Ok, cool. I have a aunt in Minnesota and she's told me about the winters there. That sounds bad enough, 5 hours north doesn't sound like fun in the winter, unless your used to it!

There was no time to order. It was pretty much a pannick situation. At 40 bellow shit gets cooooold fast. I loaned out 3 construction heaters that week. We're talkin 15-20k people without gas. If you had gas stove you couldnt eat either. Ha ha.

Did any1 die??

No one died fortunately. And alot of big companies helped out with senior centres, hospitals and care homes. Lotta people went to hotels in the city, and family members. Shut down businesses...but our local bar managed to stay open thank god.

Do you understand what I was talking about now? If you work out of a truck.and your always taking things in and out, and you forget about the hitch being there and you run into it at a brisk pace, it's a nightmare! Shins, knees, oh God it hurts!! :)

Oh, forgot one painful thing! Welding Slag, in your eye! It's terrible, it will scratch your eyeball, it's sharp and angular and it will rust!! You have to go to a eye doctor (this is preferable) or the Emergency Room.

When did all the icons change???? I was looking at the Top 100 a hour ago and there were no icons that looked like they do now!! They must of just changed them!!!

Well there are so many people getting high scores the last thing they had was 1 kind of crown, so they had to expand the icons. They got completely rid of the all black hammer, but they have several different crowns and other stuff.

I like the new crowns better than the old ones.
