I come to this site to have fun and make memes. I don't come here wanting to deal with trolls and jealous people. What do you even gain from downvoting people all the time? Satisfaction? I doubt it. Come on, just enjoy other peoples' memes. What's your problem?

I only joined this website about a day or two ago, and I've seen more flamewars and trolls than I can count. It's sad, really.

Yeah, it is. I think a lot of it is because of some guy called tetsuoswrath, who seems to have gotten an unbelievably huge number points in a short amount of time, so everyone assumes he's using alts. You also might be seeing some remnants of the latest porn spammer. We haven't had one in a long time, though.

You're lucky, actually. The site's been tightening restrictions to thwart trolls; a few months ago it was a lot worse.

I'm glad things are getting better. Trolls are one of my biggest pet peeves. I've also seen a lot of comments made by accounts that got deleted. I'm sure they must have been awful.

Yeah. We're a community, though; when a troll appears, we take it down together :) And most of us are good users. Come to think of it, I don't even see as many reposts as I used to. So we're getting better every day.
