Absolutely!! Hello, I've had quite a few get knocked back from "Featured" to submitted! I have made over 700 and only 95 or so that I've submitted!! Sometimes I crank them out, I let them sit, I go back and look at them, and I say to myself "Oh, God, that's terrible, what the shell were you thinking???" Lol
