Star Wars has to use English(Basic) so we can enjoy watching the films. So there is going to be animals with English descriptions. I mean the word millennium is an English word too, not to mention there are humans in a galaxy far far away. :l

ET is also a member of the Star Wars galaxy. That's why he says home when he sees a kid dressed as Yoda. If you watch episode I you can even see a group of ET's on a platform clapping. :l
