The best resident evil game is RE4. Which is your favorite?

I kind of feel like if I don't say 4 I'll look like a douche, so 4.

I don't know if I could pick a favorite. I love all of them so far with the exceptions of them trading out zombie enemies for infected.

I don't like that they don't have t-virus zombies. I mean 5 and 6 had some. But it's just not the same. Zombies shouldn't hold weapons in my mind.

if I was picking the one I played and enjoyed most, I'd say RE3. Nemesis was a neat idea. And ammo crafting was great.

I also really liked Survivor. Ark Thompson had a funny voice and it was an interesting playthrough. :{

I wasn't a big fan of 5, the plot was a bit predictable. 6 was a bit better, and I thought of it a little more as a gears of war type game than a resident evil one.
Though I will say I do like nemesis.
I haven't played all of the RE games, the first one released 2 years before I was born. From the older ones that I have played, I did like umbrella corporation quite a bit. Most people don't though.

However, RE4 is still my favorite. It does implement the camera angle shift which I liked, but there was this mysteriousness of it and the aspect of returning to areas via different routes that I really enjoyed.

To me, all games, shows, and films are predictable. Games especially.

I thought of 4 as a GoW type game too. Too different from the original survival horror feel.

RE1-3 are worth the play throughs.

6 was okay. I like that you can play as multiple characters through different areas.

I wish they'd make a GTA clone of RE. Have all of Raccoon city to play through and the Arklay mountains and set it during the first 3 games. You'd have to kill/avoid UCS agents and BOW's. But make it like Dead Rising where you can save people and drive vehicles. That would be great. :{

And even though I like RE6 quite a bit, especially Ada's campaign, I'd like for a more of a raccoon city feel.
