There are pork spare ribs. Not sure why people would think there aren't. Damn near every part of a pig makes it to the plate and pork ribs are one of my favorites!
Baby back pork ribs grilled with mesquite and sauced with Sweet Baby Ray's Original. I make them fall of the bone tender. You should never have to work hard to eat ribs.
