I hope I'm not taking away from the point you're trying to get across, but wouldn't that depend on whether the person was a lawmaker or not? If someone was a lawmaker, it would seem that they would have the responsibility to govern well, according (for example) to Romans chapter 13, and 1 Peter chapter 2. Ideally, that would mean passing laws for non-believers to live by values of mercy, truth, and justice.

But if I've missed the point of what you're getting at, let me know.

Morality laws. Same sex marriage. Alcohol. Drugs. Doing business on Sunday. Interracial marriage. Meat on Fridays (ever notice how public schools observe this one too?). Etc.

Forcing someone does not mean that you just put a gun to their head. It is also considered forcing someone if their consequence for not doing what you want ends up being a lawsuit and/or jail time. So unless you want to be sued or go to jail, then you are being forced to do what is against your beliefs.

Well not all anti gays give no option to gays. Say that you not agree with one behavior it not the same as make laws in order to enforce a behavior or as copy paste an argument
