yeah thats the way I took it and I was really shocked because with so many uber liberal writers in comics these days that's not something I expected to see out of such a major story event.

Well Tony wins I think. And CA dies. So the liberal agenda would be that people who defend the constitution die off and those for "registration" go on. I liked the 90's Xmen cartoon though with the way it pointed out racism but also pointed out how easy it would be for a segregated group to be enslaved later on. It's hard to tell with Marvel now that Disney's got it. They promote essentially witchcraft with almost all their stuff. It's a big jumbled mess of conspiracies for sure. :)
