At the bare minimum every person deserves to have good food, a comfortable place to sleep, and quality health care. For the millions in the lower class and even the middle class, buying junk food to survive is an inescapable reality of their lives, ultimately leading to sickness and disease and perpetuating the cycle. So yeah, I am biased against a system that makes people suffer.

People "deserve" what they work for. Don't like it? Create value and you'll never be poor again. And NO system in the history of mankind has brought more people out of poverty than Capitalism. None. Capitalism is why you have a computer, tablet, or smart phone so you can bash the very system that feeds you. Capitalism is why you have a home/apartment/condo. Capitalism is why you have electricity. Capitalism is why food is produced. No one does any of these things for free. Economics 101.

We're all born to the earth. Capitalists claim the earth as property and force the rest of us to pay for it. The system needs me fed to stay alive. It can't exploit a dead man.

Tell me about this system, where it's being used now, who created it (or will create it), who will manage it, ... utopia doesn't exist. Capitalism is the best system in history and has brought more people out of the poverty of all other systems.

But animals and nature in general don't claim more than they need. When a system in the body developed and starts taking more than it needs we call it cancer. From what you say, even you realise the ills of capitalism regardless of the presumed benefits. My point is we need to create a system that serves us all instead of standing idly by while so many continue to suffer.

The government makes it easier to sell genetically altered produce and pasturized milk (raw milk is better for you; my health has GREATLY improved since I started drinking it) than organic stuff, and you seriously want them to determine what food Americans can buy?
