1. Protected from infant genital mutilation by law.
2. Have not only full control over their own reproductive rights, but partial control over men's reproductive rights (they can give up the baby without the father's input or keep the baby of an accidental pregnancy without the father's input and force him to pay for it).
3. Protected from conscription.
4. Able to receive PELL grant without registering with Selective Services.
5. No, women are not unprotected against unfair pay; the Fair Wage Act of 1963
is a real thing. It exists.
6. Lighter sentencing for the same crimes (men receive 63% longer sentences after controlling for criminal history/repeat offenses). Less suspected of same crimes (disproportionately).
7. More domestic abuse resource availability, covered in part by government grants.
8. Biased alimony court which awards women in 97% of cases, in spite of the fact almost 25% of them are the main earners in their households. The argument of "keeping a dependent partner in their lifestyle" does not take into account the lifestyle of the earner whatsoever or what they might sacrifice.
