There's no doubt about that. While I don't necessarily buy into what some conspiracy theorists throw out there, I do acknowledge that there are usually more sinister or selfish explanations for government action than what we are led to believe.
I go with my instincts. We are bombarded with info 24/7. This idea of a "liberal" media verses a singular "Fox" news is just divisive BS. Every media outlet has become more opinion based instead if fact based. If someone says "thunderstorms today, stay safe" thats news. If someone says "terrible thunderstorms today, no else is telling you about them but us" that's not really news.
Honestly, the first thing I do when a major media story breaks is to check sources on both the left and right sides (very few neutral media outlets exist). You'll get parts that the other side will leave out and be able to come to your own conclusion instead of just being given that conclusion.
