The right condition. But just getting Hit with Water will do nothing. It it were something like Aluminum, I'd agree. But Squirtle's Water Gun won't make it rust.

Yeah, that's true. What if they made a jet fuel Pokemon though?
Okay, I'll admit that Blastoise could stop any steel type. It's Pokedex entry says it's canons can cut through steel. Which would put it at 90,000 PSI. So that would make the Steel Type faint. And maybe, just maybe, rust.
