1. When you click submit image, you get a window that gives you the option to submit the image, view/edit image, and cancel. Click view/edit image.
2. To the right of the image, you will see three buttons: Submit image, Edit image, and Delete image. Click on Edit image.
3. Change the title or tags in the text boxes.
4. Click Update.
5. Click Submit Image.
6. In the pop-up window, click Submit Image.

Then press that, you can add tags to your meme and change the title

Ill go out there and say it right now.. I did not expect this to get popularity. I just wanted instructions on how to change the title! XD

Once I made a meme about not knowing how to change the title, and it got to the second page :P

Aparently

The only way to do it is to upload the meme again and select allow image to be displayed in public template directory, then create a meme with it (which can immediately be erased afterward. The image will appear in the "my templates" tab when adding a meme comment or even creating memes.
