Thats gta 2 indeed, because in that screenshot i see several hearts in top of the screen, so it will take multiple shots to kill. In gta 1, however you where dead within one shot

Evolution caused by people, not by natural means...

It would be more appropriate if somone stuck a GTA 1 cartridge in a Xbox 360 and it poofed into a GTA V disk.
