Women have had a legal right to fair pay since the 70's, and they do make
what a man with equivalent education and work experience makes.
The reason the numbers make women appear to make less for the same job
is because the average woman has 1.8 children, which means a lot of them take 10-20 years either off of work, or taking part time work, which obviously pays less.
Just looking at the numbers alone doesn't explain this, so feminists have taken the narrative that it's because of sexism and work place policy, when in reality, it's just
women choosing to have kids and work less to spend time with them.
You can Youtube: "Thomas Sowell feminism racialism" if you'd like. He dismantles
it pretty beautifully.
The same can be said of black groups that try to peg the black crime rate on over-policing, etc., but their logic is inductive. The neighborhoods really are that bad. They
don't want to admit it has to do with a bad culture, because they do not want to assimilate into the main culture, so they blame the main culture for racism, etc.
