Well, I'm actually the creator of this template, and I kinda agree. Then again, it may make it look less like a meme. You are more than welcome to use it with that font and see if people follow suit. Its not a bad idea. I'd recommend something like , "dear imgflip, this font may go with this meme better. Try it for a change . sincerely squakberk" that of something a little more humorous may do the trick.
