I think the point is... do you need to label it a hate crime if someone shoots 9 people in a church? There should be no room for tolerance regardless.

Just because a white man kills a black man doesn't mean it's a hate crime, most of the time it's not because of their skin tone, but it's still called a hate crime for whatever reason :/
