The problem with this is that ISP's cycle IP's issued via DHCP - you may the next day have an IP that was banned somewhere.. Or worse, you have a virtual IP from your provider, and the ISP's outward facing IP gets banned, and an entire ISP's worth of customers can't get here.

IP banning is a 90's tactic - back when such a thing actually worked.
A quick VPN connection and IP banning is also countered - hidemyass comes to mind just as one of many free services..

Just face it - people with no lives come here to try to make something of themselves by trolling people putting funny text on pictures. You should feel good - if that's the life they lead, it sure is a shitty one comparatively..
