I don't see an Adam's apple and it looks like a bit of boob curvature under the left arm.

Well, it's a little curvature, but since the person doesn't look as young nor as sticklike as me, I don't think it's boobs. And the angle of the neck might hide the Adam's apple.
Then again, I may be wrong. As a wise commercial once said, "Don't trust everything you read on the internet."

Look at the angles. A female's face tends to be rounder than a male's. This person's face has sharper angles, less "feminine" features. But then again, I read it on the internet, so I guess we may never really know...
