That's stupid, if someone was allergic to blood, they would die since most of them is blood.

You don't understand. In order to become a vampire, another vampire needs to suck all your blood until you die. Then you become a vampire. And when you're a vampire, you need to drink blood to keep you more powerful. So if a vampire is allergic to blood, then they are doomed because they cannot ever become powerful and something bad can happen to them.

Allergies to water do not start out that severe; they only have reactions to the water if it makes contact to their skin. So they can still drink it, and it can be inside them, but it shouldn't touch their skin.

I know that the reaction is only if it makes contact with skin. I'm just saying that the same should go for blood if someone was allergic to it.
