Driving the speed limit is not breaking the law, of course. That's not what I've got a problem with, though. Technically, driving next to somebody and blocking off the rest of the road is not illegal either, but it's still incredibly rude and also very dangerous. Not only is the person next to you less likely to see your car, but also you're greatly restricting the amount of space the both of you have to avoid hazards. Not only that, but you're going to make people in a hurry drive even more recklessly to try and get by you. So, when you say that speeding is breaking the law... exactly! It's not other people's job to stop speeders -- it's the cops' job, so get the hell out of the way and let them get caught instead of making things worse for everyone.
