OK, I may or may not be correct about this, but here's what I've noticed: I started out with only being able to have 2 per day, but then one magical day I was allowed 3. From then on, if I submitted 3 memes per day, the next day I would also be able to submit three. However, if I didn't use up all my submissions one day, I would only be able to have 2 the next. Which is really weird. IDK if that's just a glitch that only I have, or if that's how it is with everyone. Can someone else who knows comment please???? :P
