no i mean there is a major blood vessel near the ankle that could be deadly if not treated soon enough. while the shot to the chest could be survivable if the armor worn is strong enough. alot of factors can go into bullet physics in reality up to and including the angle it hit the armor in. plus, im pretty sure the cod guy in rl would fall down and be unable to walk, soon bleeding out and dying or dying of infection if knifed in ankle the right way.
