Which further causes me to suspect that it wasn't really North Korea. It was Sony trying to get people to go see it because they knew it would fail. I don't care if the government said that it was. When the hell has the government NOT lied?

then let their people revolt. That's usually what happens after a while when you have a tyrannical dictator. Sometimes it takes longer than others, but at least we wouldn't be in a country who may not have wanted us there in the first place. Being aware of what threats they pose to the US and being ready to defend is fine, but just busting up in there on a pretense only to have a bunch of ungrateful people trying to act like we hurt them when we weren't is a waste.

You gotta realize tho, the North Koreans are raised from birth up manipulated by the govt. They really CAN NOT help it. They have no other path of thinking and a lot of fear if they think otherwise...
