It's always wrong to hit a lady, 100% of the time.
But, as Race Bannon said when throwing down with a villainess: "Pop always told me to never hit a lady - but you're no lady." So, yes, there are plenty of times where it would be right to hit a woman...Just like there are plenty of times that it's wrong to hit a man. Needless violence is bad no matter who it's done against, though, of course, as a man, I'd rather I have to suffer from it than women.
