Eye witness of the Darren "Tiny" Wilson vs. Mike "Hulk Hogan" Brown incident

Kinda hard when you're getting the crap beat out of you. Also Michael Brown could've not robbed that store and attacked Wilson and that would save his life too. He wasn't shot while running away. All the ballistics evidence show he was shot from the front. His blood was inside the cop car and on Wilson's gun.

listen friend, i am not debating whether wilson had reason to fire at the time he did, i am stating that he escalated the incident by reestablishing contact with a combatant that had fled and posed no danger to him or any other person without waiting for assisting officers. like me, you weren't there, but even wilson himself testifies that brown ran away and he was not actively getting beat up when he killed brown. he could and should have waited for assistance, especially since there were TWO subjects he identified as having been involved in the theft in his AO. i don't care about ballistics reports as it is my assertion that the shooting itself could have and should have been avoided by simply waiting for assistance to arrive. Not to mention his wanton endangerment of other people who could have been struck by his multiple misses. he exercised poor judgement - plain and simple. All you can do is rile yourself up by continuing with these badge groupie statements. what of this is your independent thought and not parroting of the media? why do you insist on reiterating "facts" that have been broadcast on every avenue of transmission for the last several weeks? unless i become aware of some new evidence that proves evident i will not change my thoughts on the matter. that being said, enjoy your opinions and good day to you.

I'm pretty sure the media is on Michael Brown's side. After all they are talking about the "peaceful protesters". Also Michael Brown was a "gentile giant" even though he just robbed a store. Yeah maybe Wilson should've waited for backup. It's hard to make decisions in the heat of the moment. If Brown wouldn't have attacked him this wouldn't have happened. Blame the instigator not the one that responded to it. Ask yourself this. If an officer saw someone getting beat by two thugs, should he act or wait for backup? I crime took place. It is his job to go after the person.

I'm sure you are a swell fellow, Snappy, problem with your hypothetical is that no one was being actively beaten when he reengaged. And he stated he feared for his life, therefore, prudence would dictate that he waited for his help to arrive. I have ignored the media accounts as they are in the business of exploitation and sensationalism, it is how they make money. Eyewitnesses are unreliable no matter which party they provide an account for. I have experience in these types of situations and nine times out of ten it was our guy that either instigated or escalated an incident into a physical combat. And ten times out of ten that guy was alone and failed to wait for assistance before engaging when no immediate danger existed. I blame who I blame - there was no need for shots to be fired when another 30 seconds or less and help was on scene. Feel free to hold the same person blameless, it changes nothing in my mind. That is the beauty of opinions, they are your own!

It seems we agree on most things. Our disagreement comes when I come to him waiting or not. It's nice to have a civilized debate. You said our guys. You're a cop?
