The character of the one who inspired it? As represented in the same work, the bible? The jealous, proud, petty, angry, racist, blood lusting, infanticidal, misogynistic, homophobic, God of the bible?
It's a good line to use. If someone is reading the Bible and is coming up with a picture of God in the way you described above, their viewpoint is distorted in some way. A natural reading of the Bible doesn't lead to those conclusions.
I agree with what you posted in your original meme, that arguing for the Bible's truth on the basis of fulfilled prophesy is not a very persuasive presentation, since other religious texts make that claim too (and even when the prophecies fulfilled can be verified, there are other possible explanations besides divine intervention to explain that phenomenon).
