Grumpy Cat Does Not Believe. But he's hungry

So, this probably sounds pretty stupid, but how do you make it so that there's 2 images in one meme like this one?

Multiple way:
1. You can see if it's already on user submitted meme templates.
2. You can put it on some sort of document (Word, Google, it doesn't matter), take a snapshot of it, and then edit the meme here.
3. Find a website that can attach pictures, see if you can download it, and if you can, make the meme, if not, try to find another website to attach pictures together.
