It was a Vine where a kid thought he was smart and got 21 out of 9+10. Your welcome.

It might have been funny, but I was introduced to it by people endlessly repeating it at school, and by the time I saw it, it had gotten incredibly old. Plus they managed to pack two uses of the same improper grammar into six seconds, so that didn't really help, either.

Same here. All people kept on saying was 21 in a retarded voice completely ignoring the actual joke that "9+10 doesn't equal 21 yet he got that answer".

Whenever somebody would say "What's 9+10", I would reply "19".

I just had to go find the vine because, until this meme, I hadn't even heard it. I understand the joke, but still don't get the funny. How that vine became a "thing" is beyond me. Our species must be really bored right now!
