Technically, atheism is a religion its self.

How so?

99% of the things that evolution teaches that happen so called "billions of years" ago, isn't observable science. It takes a heck of a lot of faith to believe that absolutely nothing just exploded and created life as we know today.

That's nit true. Atheism isn't about evolution, if you search up atheism in the dictionary it says either "The belief that there is no God" or "The disbelief in God and/supernatural entities." Atheism has nothing to do with evolution. Atheists usually do believe in evolution but atheism isn't about it. Furthermore not all evolution started "billions of years ago", the life of a mayfly is literally only 24 hours so we can observe evolution of mayflies in only a decade. Human evolution is still observable science, we have carbon dating, radiometric dating, DNA samples and skeletons to prove it.

This is my case for evolution, now it is your turn, present your "evidence" that God appeared out of nowhere and suddenly made everything.

God specifically says that he is not subject to the laws of science. If I were to tell you to make a rose out of nothing, you wouldn't be able to do it. That proves that everything would have to be intelligently designed by an omnipotent and super-natural God. About the mayflies, no matter how long you observe them, they will still be flies. So there is no evidence of them evolving because there is no change in kind.

Excuse me, but where does god "specifically", say that he is not subject to the laws of science? Also I don't have magical genie powers (like your gawd), so no matter how hard I try I couldn't make a rose from nothing. Still this in no way proves god's existence. Furthermore, yes we can watch mayflies evolve, they will still stay flies but we can make them change, both their physical form and their mental system. Dmitri K. Belyaev, a Russian scientist, was able to force a certain kind of evolution; known as "sexual selection" (as opposed to natural selection), and he was able to force a breed of fox to become dog-like (eg. becoming docile, changing the lifespan, different changes happening through puberty etc.) after a few generations of selective breeding.

I really want to get each topic out of the way one by one. Let's talk about the flies first.
Answer this question: What do the flies become when they are done evolving?

They are still flies, their physical appearance changes and their species is slightly altered. But they are still flies. Just like humans, we have lost most of our hair and we have superior mental capacity. Yet we are still apes.

Exactly, they are still flies. How is that evolution if there is no change in kind?

Fly is a species type. The mayfly may change it's shape or form but it stays a fly. Like I said earlier about Dmitri K. Belyaev's experiments with the foxes. Their biological aspects changed and their mental capacity changed but they stayed foxes. Just like humans, we may have changed our bone structure and our mental capacity, but we still stay part of the ape species/family.

But why would the fly mutate? Remember we are studying them in labs. Not injecting them with chemicals, just watching and changing the surroundings. The flies would evolve to suit their surroundings. In nature they would also evolve in order to escape predators. But there are no predators so we have to "customize" their evolution.

Exactly, that's just genetic mutational change within an organism. The fly doesn't evolve, it just has genetic changes within DNA. That's not evolution.

That's actually not true. I am friends with a married couple, who are atheist and religious, and they get along fine. (The religious one is even a preacher!)

And that's too bad because love has no boundaries.

Um, not to be a party-pooper, but my friend is an Athiest and I am not, and we've never tried to force our religion onto eachother.
On a diferent note, I belive in eveloution, althogh I have proof of God's existance. I prayed for Six Inches of snow, and the next day there were Six Inches of snow falling.
