Many people blame Joe Biden for the Russia Ukraine war. While Putin is obviously the one who started it and Biden obviously doesn't control anything that Putin does or anything that happens in Russia, I do feel if Trump were still President at the time, I feel Putin would've probably refrained from invading the Ukraine for he is a lot more chummy with Trump and Trump would've convinced him not to invade the Ukraine.
