I simply do not think that which you ascribe to me.
I humbly think he was stating that money is from the state and of it's creation, therefore taxes are just giving back to the manmade system that created it. The second caveat on the heals of this statement are more telling of the point He was getting across. Give to God what is His. As His creation, give back to God your faith, devotion, love, prayers, and works of good deeds.
