Common sense used to be common. Jeeps were 4x4 scout recon weapon platforms, now they're short buses. Even 1960s Batman knew to break out his bulletproof bat shield to knock on doors of suspected shooters so they didn't get murked. And everybody knew that a tank's main job is to secure real estate, so why doesn't the United States of America border patrol in the South West have mini tanks like in Germany?
