National news had to report it first, while Oregon kept it quiet for several hours in local media.

Firstly, I've been in Bend several times.  Secondly, while purportedly concealed carry owners are accounted for, the actual number of unlicensed and illegal "concealed carry" owners is far-greater and innumerable.  Bad diversion though.  Dismissed.
